MatchaDNA Matcha Tea Ceremony Set!

MatchaDNA Matcha Tea Ceremony Set Review!

Sorry I've been away for a little while. I promise I have tons of awesome unboxings, updates, and reviews coming over the next few days. The busy season has come in my day job and I've been all tied up getting ready for summer!

But, first things first, I am back with an awesome review for something a little bit different than what I normally write about. I've been seeing a lot of things about Matcha Tea around and I was intrigued to try it. And, when I saw the opportunity to review this gorgeous set- I had to jump on it.

Besides being on my tea kick, I've really been making an effort to try new and interesting things. This fits the bill exactly.

If you're unfamiliar with Matcha Tea- the best way I can describe it is almost like a powdered, condensed green tea. I am not a tea expert so bear with that please. And, I really think it's great to have been able to try for the first time in a full set.

The set comes in a nice cardboard box:

Right inside in a packet of Matcha Tea:

Now, I had no idea what all these items were and how to use them when I first opened the box. So, I cheated and had to look everything up:

The tea is fairly easy to make. You basically add a scoop of the Matcha powder with a cup of warm or hot water:

Then use the whisk, and whisk away for a couple minutes (I really like the little whisk):

When you're done with the whisk, you can place it on the holder (THAT'S what that thing is...):

Although you're supposed to drink it hot, I experimented and actually really liked it iced:

Honestly, this was a REALLY cool set and I loved trying it and using it. And, I would definitely love to get this as a gift. If you want to pick one up, check it out at Amazon:

ABCD Vitamins' Organic Beeswax Peppermint Lip Balm!

ABCD Vitamins' Organic Beeswax Peppermint Lip Balm!

Holy Crap! This lip balm couldn't have come into my life sooner enough!

As I have been complaining about, this winter took a real toll on my skin and my lips were certainly not excluded. I had been chapped to the point of embarrassment. So, I jumped on the opportunity to try anything to sooth my poor lips.

ABCD's Beeswax lip balm has actually been working amazing for my lip repair regime. The balm is really soft, goes on smooth, and provides instant relief. The balm also has the perfect amount of peppermint flavor.

I really also like the fact that these balms come in a 4 pack as well. I actually ended up gifting one to my mother and one to a friend as part of beauty sets I had put together for them. They both loved the balm and I got to keep two for myself!

I'm not a huge lipstick/gloss person, so I definitely feel victorious when I get to try or find a balm that I really like. And this one is definitely a winner!

If you would like to check out ABCD's Organic Beeswax Lip Balm, check them out on Amazon. They have more flavors too!:

Exfolimate Review!

Exfolimate Review!

So, I've been trying out this awesome new little gadget and I'm kind of in love with it.

I've been using Exfolimate for a few weeks and it totally made a difference in my skin.

The set contains 2 exfolimate tools- a small one for the face and a larger one for the body. Each of the tools comes with a lanyard string to hold and hang the tools with.

What I love most about Exfolimate is the fact that it is so simple to use, it's not like a gritty exfoliate that always seem to get in my pores as opposed to actually cleaning them out. Basically, you make sure your face/body is thoroughly wet and then gently run the metal edge across your skin.

I generally use this in my shower now. And, I didn't take a picture because it was really gross. But, you would not believe the grossness that came off my face the first time I used this. So gross. SO gross.

But, as opposed to most springs where I spend way too much time trying to repair my skin from the awful winter- I was able to slough off all my winter dullness in one fell swoop. With no grit, chemicals, peels, or any other nefarious things. Au naturale!

And my skin felt like new and absorbed all my moisturizers so nicely. I was extremely impressed with how it also obliterated my blackheads. I especially like using it before doing a mask.

I do feel like the face exfolimate works a lot better than the body exfolimate. But, that could be because I've spent the last nearly 20 of my life in an uphill battle against my ingrown hairs. I am still giving it time to see if I can clear that up at all.

But, over all- Exfolimate is a HUGE win for me. I can finally exfoliate like I feel I need to without the worry I usually have. Yay!

Foxbrim's Perfect Natural Soap!

Foxbrim's Perfect Natural Soap Review!

I have yet another Foxbrim product that I'm reviewing for you. I'm a HUGE fan of Foxbrim's products having tried quite a few things already. And this soap is just as awesome as their other products I've used and grown to love.

Although unscented, this soap has some crazy lather. It is versatile and can be used as both a hand, face, or body wash. I've used it as all three. But, I can definitely say that it is one of my favorite hand soaps that I have ever used. So, it migrated from my shower to my kitchen sink.

Besides the fact that it lathers so well, it leaves my skin feeling super SUPER soft. It actually feel silky and smooth while I'm actually using it.

I really wish I could get a good picture of how much of this soap I have already used because I am really in love with it.

Luxe Home Essentials Microfiber Kitchen Dish Towels

Luxe Home Essentials Microfiber Kitchen Dish Towels Review!

I'm back after a short hiatus with a great review for you! As I have been expanding my horizons, I've been in the kitchen a lot more. Making a LOT more of a mess.

Obviously I need some extra tools in the kitchen to help me out a bit now. Being the queen of take out, I haven't been working with much. So, when the opportunity to try out these kitchen towels was presented to me. I absolutely HAD to jump on it.

This three pack of towels is SUPER soft, super absorbent, and incredibly easy to clean. They're actually quite large as well. So large that I was unable to get a good enough shot of them when opened!

In fact, I was able to use just one to clean out my whole refrigerator the other day. That's like the equivalent of a million paper towels. And I mean, this thing is CLEAN!

That's pretty solid in my book!

If you're interested in trying out Luxe Home Essentials' Microfiber Dish Towels, check them out on Amazon:

Arvazallia's Professional Series Advanced Hair Repair System!

Arvazallia's Professional Series Advanced Hair Repair System

Review!

So sorry I've been away for a couple of days. I've had a lot on my plate and quite a few things in the works!

That being said, I'm jumping into April with a review of some awesome new products I've been trying!

I've been using Arvazallia's Professional Series Advanced Hair Repair System for the past month and I am IN LOVE!

I received Arvazallia's shampoo, daily conditioner and hydrating argan oil mask. This is a gorgeous set of products and I was really pleased.

The Arvazilla products are meant to repair your hair and are infused with argan oil and macadamia oil. They're completely paraban and sulfate free. And, they smell intensely amazing.

My hair has been absolutely amazing since I've started to use the products. But, out of all of them, I have to say the Hydrating Argan Oil Mask is hands down one of my favorite hair masks I've EVER used.

You can see how much I've already gone through:

I could sit here and rant and rave about these hair products. But, I think the greatest testament to how well Arvazallias is working for me is to check out how AWESOME my hair looks in my youtube videos from this month!

I am really really impressed by this hair care line and I'm using it every day now!

If you would like to check out these products for yourself, Arvazallia is available on Amazon!
