I recently had the opportunity to try Lovely Lashes Eyelash Curler. And, I am actually pretty pleased with the results!

To make this abundantly clear, I have a very healthy fear of eyelash curlers. My mother has very weak lashes and has in the past done some serious damage to them with a curler.

So, I found myself to be a bit tentative and hesitant when trying this product. I mean, my blog is named Totally Oblivious Beauty and I sometimes find my incompetence with beauty products to be beyond the pale.

That being said, I have had a pretty good experience using the Lovely Lashes Eyelash Curler. Personally, for me, I was looking at this product from more of a safety angle than a dramatic curling angling. And it ended up delivering on all fronts.

The curler and the silicone pad has extremely gentle on my lashes. Like advertised- I have yet to experience any pinching or pulling. Huge relief!

So, one would naturally then wonder if the product is working right? It does. It absolutely made a significant curling difference on my lashes. Maybe it is the length of time I use it for, but I did really like the fact that I was able to get a softer, less dramatic curl.

I tend to go for very dramatic lashes and often get eyelash extensions. When giving my lashes a break from the extensions, I still like the very dramatic lash look. But, with everything there is a tipping point. And being able to control how much my lashes curler garnered huge brownie points for me! 

I have also found this to be a great curler to use before applying fiber mascaras which I have been experimenting with lately. They're a great combination and my lashes stay curled through the day!
