Product Review! Majestic Pure's Indian Healing Clay!

I'm back after a short hiatus with a product review! Let's get to it!

Majestic Pure's Indian Healing Clay Review!

I'm really excited for my first clay mask review! I've been waiting for the opportunity to try one for a while now. And, Majestic Pure's Indian Healing Clay seemed to be the perfect fit.

Let's start out with the fact that they send a massive 16 oz jar, filled to the brim with loose clay powder! I have no doubt that this is going to last me forever.

But, I'm willing to admit I made a bit of a mistake when first trying to mix this clay for a mask. For some reason, I used very cold water. I don't know what I was thinking. So, it was very difficult to mix well. Hindsight being 20/20- I don't know why I would want to put a freezing cold mask on.

Protip: If using this clay for a face mask, mix it with warm to very warm water!

Following the directions, I mixed 3 tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of the clay. And was able to create a nice dense- but not TOO thick mask.

Although the mask seems thick, it goes on so lightly and smooth when applying. Which mean, it doesn't take a million years to start drying.

I would say that it took about 5-7 minutes for the mask to dry and I could REALLY feel it clearing out my pores.

And, I mean- this stuff WORKS. My skin seems really clear, bright, and ready to moisturize right after washing it off. I'm totally going to keep using this!

I haven't tried this in the bath yet or for a foot bath. But, since I have great results with this as a face mask, I'm totally going to give it a shot once I look up some recipes!
