The Tea Love Co - Slender Blend Tea!

The Tea Love Co - Slender Blend Tea Review!

Here's another review of something else I've been trying for a little bit! As I've mentioned countless times in the past, I've been on SUCH a tea kick this year. So, you know, I figured I would opt to try out one of these detox/diet teas that have been ALL over the place recently. When the opportunity to review The Tea Love Co's Slender Blend Tea- I ran with it!

That being said, I know a LOT of these type of things are totally hyped up and total snake oil. But, I figured it would do no harm to give one of these a shot. Hey- maybe it will work!

This Slender Blend's singular ingredient is loose Green Tea. I can dig that- I love Green Tea. And it has a great, strong taste. Which I would also never complain about.

So, here's the deal. As per usual in my life- I totally didn't follow the rules of this tea which are pretty simple. Have 3 cups a day. Rebel that I am and also based on hot horribly hot and humid it has been- I went with making giant pitchers of iced tea of this!

Using my favorite little tea infuser that I wrote about earlier this year, I filled it about 3/4 of the way, put it in a pitcher then filled with boiling water. Leaving it in the fridge over night, I had TONS of iced tea to sip on through out the day.

Smartly, The Tea Love Co suggests using this tea in addition to a healthy diet and exercise to amply the effects. Being that I am MUCH busier at my job during the summer and I have recently started cutting meat out of my diet- I am trying for a healthier lifestyle in general. And The Slender Blend gives me a little extra energy and pep in my step. I have definitely been slimming down. But, that may be a combination of a lot of things!

One thing I have noticed that I would like to equate to this tea is that it seems to help a LOT with decreasing the terrible bloat I get right before and during the first couple days of my period.

Mainly it's a great tasting tea with Green Tea (which is said to help boost metabolism anyway), that makes a great iced tea, and is great to sip on through out the day.
